Fancy hotel, staff were extremely polite and rooms were soundproof. Booked a room with magnificent views especially of sunset. The location was great and fab, 9 miles to Ngurah Rai International airport, perfectly reachable. The property took care of the friendly service. Everything was simply perfect.

It was a gorgeous place, had welcoming staff who visit daily to clean and for the turn down service. The location was awesome, a short way from Pantai Karang Beach. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried healthy dishes.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay in the Lagoon Pool Suite, where the private pool access was a real highlight for us. Enjoying daily massages at the spa and lounging by the beautiful swimming pool made our relaxation time just perfect. The only small downside was the limited drawer space in the room, but it didn't take away from our amazing experience! 🌴

The hotel is beautiful, especially the lounging area looking over the
Beach. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and well-trained. I felt the amenities could use a bit of enhancement, particularly the pool area, as it felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

The proximity to a quiet stretch of beach offers a rare retreat from the hustle and bustle typical of Bali. The pool area features plush sun loungers and well-maintained greenery, perfect for lounging in peace.
We encountered a serious damp smell in our room, which detracted from our comfort, especially being by the lagoon. Each morning, the early hustle of gardeners tampering around stirred us awake way too soon for a relaxed holiday vibe. To add to the discomfort, the pricing for breakfast felt excessive, charging four times more than nearby cafes for something that didn't offer extra value. Our laundry costs were three times the local rate, leaving a sour note regarding overall expense management. Despite the beautiful resort, the nightly racket and extra charges marred the experience.

Would not hesitate to return there
Rooms are spacious with huge bathrooms and nice balconies. Really liked the pillow and bath menu. The Treehouse Bar is perfect for cocktails with ocean views. The pool's nice but can be shady at times. Staff is super friendly and cleanliness is great. We enjoyed the free yoga class, and the spa treatments were worth it.
